My personal antidote is Happy Month. I post everyday with at least three things that made me happy the previous day. It's a bit Pollyanna I know but having done it for several years now it really does help me focus on the important people/things in my life and better withstand the effects of Dec madness. So here we go:
Things that made me happy yesterday: - Dec 1
1. Mom & Dad's 33rd wedding anniversary. :>
2. A day of antique store shopping with the parents - fun times and great finds!
3. Chocolate cake & fresh stout for dessert.
