I finished sewing on all the trim with gold sequins on the edge of the skirt last night - woot!

And since I'm in the mood: (taken from everyone!)

oh, To the Scaffold is a good one. And I think it's funny that nearly everyone has Jane Eyre on their list!

Wow, you've got some *really* good stuff on there. I've read 9 out of your 15, and of the remaining 6, I either know what they're about and/or have been intending to read them myself (7, 11, and 13). (And Killer Angels is *fantastic*.)

Is it any wonder we are LJ friends? :P

I know I actually just re-read the Killer Angels this week (audio book while I was sewing) - I'd forgotten just how good it was. I hadn't forgotten the impact it (and the film) made on me in JR high though... :P

Heh, no wonder at all! :) *checks* Hmm.. we're not mutual friends. Are you able to see anything on my journal? I forget how this friends-only stuff works.

It's been way too long since I've read it, although it's *been* read at least 5 or 6 times since junior high. I think I saw it in my brother's room last week. I remember seeing the film when it came out - I was 10! I think my mom found and read the book first, and told me it was awesome. *sigh*

We're not? Opps - thought we were. Sorry about that - all fixed now! And yes I could see your locked posts, you just couldn't see mine. My LJ is mostly public anyway... :P
